While Paw and Order officially launched in August 2025, I’ve been dog sitting for over a decade. What started in the Pacific Northwest has grown all the way to Austin, Texas, with clients even trusting me enough to fly their dogs across the country for care. To me, dog sitting is about much more than simply watching pets — it’s about building genuine bonds with every dog in my care and creating personal connections while giving pawrents peace of mind knowing their fur babies are safe, happy, and loved. My philosophy is simple: every dog I care for is treated as if they were my own.

Why choose in home dog sitting over kennel boarding?
In-home dog sitting provides your dog with one-on-one care and attention, while kennel boarding requires your pet to stay in a facility alongside many other animals. Dogs often experience less stress and anxiety in a home setting where they can receive personalized care, regular exercise, and consistent companionship throughout the day. In-home sitting also reduces exposure to illnesses commonly spread in kennels and allows for a calmer, quieter atmosphere with more individualized attention. For many dogs, especially seniors, puppies, or anxious pets, in-home care offers a safer, more comfortable, and less overwhelming experience overall.
Located in South Austin, we have access to multiple trails and dog parks to explore. Your dog is not a fan of dog parks or other dogs? Not a problem. We also have a fenced back yard for them to roam and relax in.
When we are not outside getting exercise or vitamin D, your fur baby will be warm and cozy inside and human cuddles are 100% guaranteed. (Unless they don't like cuddles which then their space is respected).
